Ten Years Ago

Ten years ago I gave birth to this:
Today she is this:

And some days she is like this only without a smile:

We love Lexi very much. She is such a tween. She loves Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, New Moon, Twilight, clothes, playing, riding her bike, and activity girls. She is a good example to her brothers and others around her. She is a huge help with her brothers and sometimes she gets picked on by mom a lot. She is very responsible and is very smart. She is doing good at math and she loves to read. She does very good in school and I am so proud of her. She is growing up so much and I love her very much. She is full of drama and there are some days that are just too much for me to handle and I am sure that on those days she struggles too. I hope that I will be able to be a good example to her so that as she grows older she will realize that she doesn't need to be super skinny or wear immodest clothes to look good or get attention in a bad way. I hope that I will be able to have the patience that I need to be her friend and her mom at the same time. I love her with all my hope and I pray that Heavenly Father will guide me every day to be the mom that she deserves.

Happy Birthday Alexis Maree. I love you with all my heart. I hope that you have a great day and enjoy it.

Here are the pics

Here are the pics I promised from the Easter Egg hunt. I know it has taken awhile, but I have been busy with school, work and being the mom.

Kayden and Koy doing the Bunny Hop
The kids with the Easter Bunny. I am not a big Easter Bunny picture fan, I personally think it is dumb, but the kids loved it.

This is the balloon guy that make the balloon figures for the kids. There were a bunch there but this guy was really cool and had a short line.

This is the kids in front of the pink house at the This Is The Place Park where the hunt was.

Lexi and Kayden getting ready for the hunt to begin.

Koy throwing a fit while other kids are finding eggs. He finally got up and picked up the eggs. I don't know why he was throwing a fit but he throws a lot of them and he does it well.
Kayden getting eggs.
Lexi done getting her eggs
This was the highlight for all....face painting and this girl was GOOD and she was fast.

I present Spider Man 1.

This boy was in front of us getting his face painted and he was so excited and his family was fun to sit and talk to. These two boys are the wish boys. Don't they look handsome.

Here is Spider Man 2. I was amazed that he stood there and didn't move the whole time she was painting on his face.

Here is Lexi...a pink cheetah.

Nana, Tyler and the Easter Bunny
The kids showing off their stuff before we left.

We had a fun time and are thankful to Make A Wish for inviting us.
