Thanks and Family Time

We had a great Thanksgiving. I had to work in the morning but I got home at around 1 p.m. and we got our dinner cooked and just hung out here. I really was looking forward to just spending time here with my kids and my husband. We are always going all the time and it was nice to just relax and be together. I had got a Jenga game that the kids have really enjoyed playing, mostly the boys using them as blocks. I also got a few puzzles that we could put together and one of them is a 1000 piece one that me and Lexi will be working on. Our dinner was very yummy and I am glad that I didn't really have to cook it.

I then took the kids to stay with my mom and dad so that they could go swimming and they stayed the night since I had to be to work at 3 a.m. on black friday.

Now comes the crazy day.... Friday. I had to be to work at 3 a.m. (one downfall of working at the largest retailer in the country who always has good deals on black friday). It was crazy at the store. When I got there I was pretty upset because people were already there with carts full of thing. I didn't think it was fair because they weren't suppose to take the items off the pallet until 5 a.m. but of course we have people out there who are pretty greedy. I was able to get off at noon and my parents brought the kids to the house so that I could get them ready for pictures down at Nancy's. Barrett and Chantel were in town for Thanksgiving so we met up with them and had family pictures taken. My kids love playing with Max and Morgan and think it is the greatest thing to have cousins.

Overall it was a great weekend and we had a fun time being with family.
