We spent three days in Disney World so I am going to combine them all in one. We went to Magic Kingdom one day, Animal Kingdom the next day, and Epcot the last day. I wish that we had gone to Hollywood Studios instead of Epcot but that just means we will need to save up our money and go to Disneyland soon.
Magic Kingdom is what Disney World is known for. Cinderella's castle, Frontier Land, Tomorrow Land, Toon Town, and Adventure Land. Magic Kingdom is also VERY busy and VERY packed. I don't remember Disneyland being that bad but you could barely even move at Magic Kingdom. It was also a VERY hot day. We got a double stroller for the boys in Magic Kingdom and two single strollers in Animal Kingdom and Epcot. The single strollers worked SO much better and the boys didn't fight as much. It was really quite nice.
We got our picture taken in front of Cinderella's Castle right at the beginning. Disney World has a ton of photographers that work there and they take pictures of everyone and then they give you a photo card. You can take that card and use it for all parks. You give your card to the photographer and they scan the code on the back and then all of your pictures are saved to that. You can then go home and order the pictures you want or have all of them put on a CD. The cost for the CD is $150. We were given a code that got us a complimentary CD. This was awesome. We got our picture taken every chance we could.
We headed to Tomorrow Land first so that we could meet Buzz Lightyear. We were lucky enough that he was there when we got there and we got our picture taken with him first thing. I think that was the coolest thing since Kayden has loved Buzz ever since I can remember. We also went on the Buzz Lightyear ride (because it wasn't a roller coaster) and Kayden had a blast. We then rode the race cars.
Lexi wanted to meet the Princesses so we waited in line to see the Belle, Cinderella and Aurora. Thank heavens we had a guest pass because we still waited in line for a little bit. We also got to meet the fairies, including Tinkerbell.
The kids wanted to ride on the dumbo ride and then we headed off to try to make it to the main street parade. We didn't make it in time to get a good seat so we kind of stood off to the side in the shade and watched it. The kids still saw some of their favorite characters from Toy Story, Monsters Inc, the Princesses, Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Aladdin. We realized after the parade that we were standing right where the Princess from The Princess and the Frog was going to be so we waited for them to come back and got a picture taken with them. We then headed to Frontier Land where we could meet, you guessed it.... Sheriff Woody and Jessie.
Koy love meeting Jessie and Sheriff Woody and wouldn't stop hugging them and yes in the picture he is picking his nose.
Lexi then wanted to make sure she met Jasmine so we went and got her signature.
The kids had enough and wanted to go home around 6 p.m. so we headed back to the Villa.
At Animal Kingdom we went on a Safari, Lexi wanted me to ride on a roller coaster with her and she loved it. We also attended the Lion King show. Koy sat there in awe of everything. He saw Simba come out and he said "Oh, my gosh!" He loved it. Kayden enjoyed the show also.
In the middle of Animal Kingdom there was a place that had some monkeys and Kayden loved sitting there just watching the monkeys. We ate lunch at a really good BBQ place. It was the best BBQ pork I have ever had. We also had some really good roasted cinnamon and sugar almonds. They were to DIE for. They were delicious. We had a great day and I loved Animal Kingdom.
The day we went to Epcot was our last day. We went to breakfast, packed the car and then headed to Epcot. The first thing you see when you get there is the big World that Epcot is well known for. Inside the world is a ride and it was really cool. We then walked around and visited the different "countries". They also had different Disney Characters made out of flowers and bushes throughout the park. It was really cool.
We decided to eat in Italy and had some authentic Italian food. The kids had a blast and Josh loved it since he was able to talk to everyone in Italian.
We had to be at the airport at 3 p.m. so we left the park about 2 and made our way to the airport.
