Today is my sweet, wild and crazy, little boys birthday. Koy is 2 today! I cannot believe it. He is getting so big. When Josh called this morning to wish him Happy Birthday, I couldn't stop the tears from coming and thinking back to last year when Josh was not able to be here. I am so glad that he is able to celebrate with us this year.
Even with the trials that only Koy can bring me, I am so glad that he is here. Life would truly be boring if we didn't have Koy. He is always hearing me yell KOY or telling him NO, NO, NO and yes he has picked up the word "Damn it" from me since I am always saying it after he has done something like thrown eggs on the kitchen floor and the front room floor or when he is tackling Kayden and then are rolling all over the floor, or he has found a crayon or a pencil and is coloring on the wall, or he has crawled under my bed and is stuck, or he has just taken his diaper off and pooped on the floor. Life is never boring with Koy around.
When Koy was born I was so ready for him to get here. I had just enduring 3 weeks of being miserable. I had a doctor appointment the day that I had him. I had gone to the hospital the night before for false labor and they sent me home. I wish that they had just kept me because I knew that I would be right back the next day. I was told that I would be able to be kept if I was dialated to a 5 at my doctors visit. Well, when I went in I was definately dilated to a 5 and I was 95% thin. I had been walking around like that for a week. I was amazed that this little guy did not just fall out. They hooked me up to the monitors and gave me an IV and 2 hours later Koy was born. His face was so black and blue that he looked awful, but soon that disappeared and he was such a cute little guy.
Koy loves anything that rolls. If he can push it move it that is what he is doing. He loves any car, train, motorcycle, large dump truck even my rolling pin. He will not sit still longer than 10 seconds and he is always into something so he has never sat down and watched a whole cartoon or even a movie. He loves Lightning McQueen but he has never watched the whole movie because he can't sit still long enough to make it through.
He does have a sweet heart and if someone is crying he is really concerned and will ask you if you are o.k. He loves to rub your neck when you are sitting on the couch and he also likes to have his neck and back rubbed. He loves to eat and will eat anything you give him. And of course he is into everything.
My dear sweet Koy,I am so glad that you are a part of our family. I love how you play with your toys and make the noises of the cars. I love watching you push them around. I love how you play with your Thomas Train and put it togather and push it around. I love how much you look up to Lexi and how you love doing things with her. I love having you watch me get ready for the day. You keep me on my toes and keep things interesting around here. I love how you ask for "pink milk" I love how you say diaper, I love how you try to carry all of your cars in your hands and try to figure out how to get more in them even when they are full.
My sweet baby boy I love you so much and I am so glad that you are a member of our family.

I can't believe he is 2- time sure flies!! I loved reading the things you love about him, that is so sweet and I just laugh because he has SO many of Gavins traits.
The family wouldn't be the same without our wild Koy! It was pretty funny today when he couldn't get his big truck to work from grandma and grandpa so what did he say "OH NO, DAMNIT!" then when we took him to McDonalds, he was such a good boy and he helped by throwing away his juice box and he dropped it and said "oh, damnit!" can't help but laugh! :)
