Here is a quick run down of my thankful list:
- My Heavenly Father
- Scriptures
- Temples and the chance that I have had to attend one on a weekly basis.
- The Ensign-Current revelations and prophecy from the Apostles on the earth.
- Living Prophets on the earth today.
- My job
- Health Insurance
- Good Health that we have all enjoyed
- Technology-I am glad that we live in a time when we have the technology and the medical advances that we have. Kayden would not be where he is today without them.
- School
- Clothes
- Food
- House
- Car
- Changing Seasons. We were blessed with a beautiful fall this year and I loved it.
- Christmas season to come
- Kayden's health. He is doing so well and I am in awe of him everyday.
- Josh- He calms me down when I am stressing and I do the same for him when he is stressing. We work well together. We have our differences and our moments, but we have learned a lot about ourselves and each other.
- Koy- He is such a cute, funny, handful of a kid.
- Alexis- She is getting so big and grown up and is very helpful in many ways.
- My parents- they are there when we need and even times when we don't. They taught me how to work and to work hard. I truly was raised by "goodly parents" who love the lord and taught me the same things.
- Sisters- I am glad that I have two sisters that I can talk to and that I can call whenever I need something. I am glad that they feel like they can call and talk to me too. That's what sisters are for.
- Brother- I only have one brother and he truly is a good example of perseverance.
- Friends- old friends, new friends, work friends and so on.
I have been working on my photography final project and I decided to do my photo essay on the 4 Temples here in the valley. I think I am going to title it "A Window to His Love". Here is a sample of the pics that I like so far.
Me and the kids were able to spend Thanksgiving at Nancy's with my parents, Nicky, Dallas, Tyler and Linda. We had a fabulous time and the food was great. I will say the best part was the pumpkin pie that I made. I made the crust from scratch, pie from scratch and home made whip cream. I had to work that night from 7-11 but it ended up being until 1:30 in the morning since the store was jam packed at midnight for the midnight sales. It was CRAZY. I did go to Nancy's in the morning and helped tie a quilt and then helped them the next day also. We had a great Thanksgiving and weekend and the kids had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of it.
Now we get to go back to our regular schedule. It was a little difficult this morning since there was SO much snow on the ground. It snowed all day yesterday and most of the night. Our power went during the night and we had no power when we were suppose to get up this morning. Mine and Josh's school was cancelled until 11 because of the large amount of snow fall. Once our power came back on around 9 we were able to get going.
Sorry this is so long. I have a few more posts that I am working on but this is a good start.
