I am trying to get back into the swing of things, but we have so much to do and I don't have enough time to do it all. It is hard getting back into the swing of working full-time and being a mom. Last week I had to work of course during the week and then I had the day off on Friday, but didn't get much done since I was trying to get my itunes working. But once it got working I could finally feel like I could get something done.

On Saturday, we took the kids to Murray Park and had a picnic. Kayden thought it was really cool and Lexi met some girls that she was able to play with. The boys kind of tagged along with her for a little while. Also while we were there, we walked over to the pond and fed the geese some bread. Kayden was not so sure at first but he warmed up to it after awhile. Koy kept chasing the geese around and saying "puppy, puppy" and then he would get mad at them and point his finger at them and tell them no, no, no. I have pictures of the kids feeding the geese but I haven't got them downloaded yet.

I had found all the information for our ward online and we were all prepared and ready to go to attend the 11 a.m. church. When we got there we found out that the internet was wrong and that our ward doesn't meet at 11 a.m. it actually meets at 1 p.m. So Lexi and I went to the last two hours of church and Josh stayed home with the boys since Koy had just gone down for a nap. But we at least know what time our church is for next week.

My hours this week have changed to 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and I really enjoy it. I am able to get to work early and then get home and still have a few hours to spend with the kids. I know that on the 10 hour shifts I would have a day off, but I would rather be home earlier and spend more time with the kids every day than have long hours and have rotating days off. So I think I am going to stick to the 8 hour days and figure something out that will work for us during the school year.

On a closing note, Kayden has gone to the potty all day every day for the last 5 days. He did have one accident on Sunday and that is because I didn't open the bathroom door for him to use his little potty to poop in. I have told him that if he poops and pees in the potty then we can go and see Wall*E so I am thinking that on Thursday afternoon I will take the kids to see the movie. Josh has to work so he won't be able to come with us, but we need to catch a mattinee since they are cheaper and there may not be a lot of people in the theater.

Yay for Kayden! He was so cute when we would try to get him to go at school lol. He would tell mein his cute little voice " Change the diaper" lol I would laugh everytime! He is a one in a million kid. So do you know what school they will be attending? Thats really great that your new work hours will work well around the kids school schedule. Where is Josh working?

It all sounds so fun, feeding the ducks and picnics in the park. There is so many more opportunities for things like that. Lexi is such a fun girl that I am sure she won't have any trouble making friends. Did she enjoy Primary? I know it is scary at first, but she is a brave friendly girl.
Can't wait to see you all on Friday. Plan on a fun day with Grandpa and Grandma, who miss you all very much.

Don't forget Kayden told me all about going fishing at Murray park :) I am so proud of Kayden. He really seemed to get the hang of going potty (once you told him that you can go see Wall*E). He has been such a big boy! It's weird seeing him run around in his little superman underwear and not a diaper! :)
