Itinerary

We received out Make A Wish Itinerary today and I am so excited. I can't wait to see how the kids react to everything that is planned.

We leave on April 26 at 10 a.m. from Salt Lake City and arrive in Florida at 4:15 in the afternoon. We will be staying at Give Kids the World Village the whole time that we are there and it looks like it is going to be so much fun. They have an ice cream palace for the kids to have ice cream at whenever they want and I am sure they are going to take advantage of it. There is a Wacky Waterworks water fun and a tree room willed with vine tunnels, root slides and animated characters. They have breakfast and dinner served at the hotel that is free and we will be encouraged to eat there for those meals. Monday and Thursday the Disney characters will meet the family at breakfast and on Friday the Universal Studio Friends and Barney will come and meet the family.

We will be given 3 day park hopper passes to the Disney World resort that include Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studio and Animal Kingdom. Magic Kindom has all the stuff that DisneyLand has like Main Street USA, Adventureland, Fantasyland, Liberty Square, Frontierland, Tomorrowland and Toon Town. They will have Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Cinderella Castle and of course the daily parade. MGM Studio is a recreation of an old movie set. Animal Kingdom is where you can go and see animals and they have a few shows that they put on there too.

We will also be given two day park passes to Universal Studios and the one thing that Kayden is so excited about is to go and thee the Marvel Super Hero Island. He was so excited and was jumping up and down. We will also be given a pass to go to Sea World.

We will leave Orlando on May 2nd at 5:15 p.m. and arrive back in Utah around 8 p.m.

I am so excited and I can't wait to see the kids reactions. We have a few things that we need to get. Lexi needs some shorts, shirts and a swimsuit. I need some new shirts and Josh needs a few shorts and shirts as well. I went through the boys clothes the other day and they are well stocked in the shorts and shirts department. Each of us will need to make sure that we have a good pair of sandals and we all have gym shoes to take so that won't be a problem.

We have 61 days until it is time for us to go on our trip and I can't wait!
