Lexi was scheduled to go in and get a cast on this last Thursday. Well the doctor came in and said that he wasn't going to touch it and referred us to an Orthopedic doctor because it looks like the break went into the growth plate so he wanted the Orthopedic doctor to make the decision on what to do. So we have an appointment set up with him on Tuesday morning. ***Update: she got her cast and everything is fine with her arm she just has to have the cast for 3 weeks.
We will also be getting flu shots that day since the Health Department is holding their flu shot clinic that day and we are all required to get a flu shot. As soon as Josh gets home he will be getting one also and he can't talk his way out of this one at all.
Koy has decided that he enjoys screaming. He will walk all around the house and just scream and it is loud and shrill. He thinks it is cool but nobody else does.
Kayden's Upper GI came back fine. He has no reflux, no hernia and his Nissen is in tact. Hooray. He has been going to school all week, but when I ask him what he learned in school he just tells me that he played with toys. I don't get too much out of him in regards to school and learning and so on.
Josh is down to about 17 days left before he comes home. We are pretty positive that he will be able to come home at that time but if you would keep us in your prayers that will give us additional help.
Here are some pictures of Koy eating his birthday cake and then when he ran out of birthday cake to eat he decided to eat the plate. Kayden also thought it would be cool to blow out Koy's candles for him. There is also a picture of Kayden eating his first birthday cake ever! Can you believe that he is three years old and is just now eating his first birthday cake.
They would stick the straw in the Gak and then blow really big bubbles and then they would pop. They played with the Gak for a long time before we put it away to play with other things. They thought it was great though.
Here is Lexi with her sling on. We will get pictures of the cast as soon as we find out what is going on with it.

What cute pictures! Koy looks like he had a great birthday. I love the ones of Morgan and Kayden, we will have to get them together to play again soon.:) poor Lexi, she looks thrilled in that picture! Morgan wanted to know if she got a pink cast, her other friend Lexi broke her arm too, and got a pink cast.
