I will just start with the good things this week.....
- I still enjoy going to work. Even though I have to leave my kids and go to work I am glad that I have a job that as long as I get the things done that I am suppose, I am pretty much left on my own to do my own thing. Our doctor signed the paper so that we can keep Thor as a companion dog for Kayden. I got my house cleaned and there are no more boxes that need to be unpacked. It was payday this week so we are now able to go and buy groceries again, continue to have a place to stay, continue to have a babysitter and have a car to drive.
- We have been doing really good with reading our scriptures.
- We had a good time at the Kidney Support group picnic.
- We got our letter from the doc signed so that we can have our dog living with us.
- We were able to spend time with Josh's family at a big family party and we had a really good time.
- Josh let me go and get the Breaking Dawn book from Barnes and Noble at Midnight on Friday and it was cheaper than what I thought it was going to be.
- BYU will be playing their first game at the end of this month.
- The Olympics are starting soon.
Now for the bad this last week.....
- I had to work. Even though I love my job, I don't really like the fact that I am away from my kids all day. Unfortunately it is something that has to be done. Like I have said before my main purpose in having a job and trying so hard to get on with IHC for so long was the fact that they have really good benefits. With Kayden's health issues there is no way that we would be able to go without insurance and having only one insurance would leave us with quite a bit to pay. With two insurances we will be doing really well and not have to pay hardly anything for his care. We will also have double coverage for dental which will pay for quite a bit in braces.
- Kayden isn't going to the potty as well as he has in the past. If he doesn't have anything to look forward to then it is like he doesn't care about going to the potty.
Now for the Ugly......
- I had to take Koy to PCMC lastnight because some boiling water splashed on him and burned him behind his ear, on his chest and on his back. The spots where he was burned are not blistered, but it is not as red around it. I took him up there to make sure that he was going to be o.k. and he is going to be just fine. He truly keeps us on our toes all of the time.
Life can get pretty hectic but I have got to start making this a priority since this is the only way that my kids are going to be able to see what life was like on a daily basis for us.
Coming soon, pictures and more pictures.

I knew Kayden was like that! He had Wall*E in mind, and once he got to watch it, he could care less! I just got back from the ER myself, AGAIN. So I'm off to bed!
Sure hope Koy is doing alright. Nothing stops that kid! See ya on Sunday.
