Sundays

I really enjoy Sundays. I love spending time with my family and just hanging around the house and having no obligations to anything. I enjoy going to church and feeling the spirit. Sometimes I have a harder time feeling the spirit than others, but overall I enjoy it.

Today the kids watched some t.v. with Josh and I took a nap. I love doing that on Sunday. It is one of the hightlights of my day. I am thankful that Josh lets me take a nap. For some reason I get really tired on Sunday afternoons and it is one of the only days that I am able to take that much needed nap.

This evening I made Sugar Cookies. Kayden loves making sugar cookies and gets so excited when I tell him that I am going to make cookies. I don't know if it is the cookies that he is more excited about or being able to eat the dough (which I don't think he is suppose to be eating because of the raw eggs in it and that doesn't go over good with transplants) or if it is the possibility that he gets to have green frosting on his cookies. But either way he gets to eat some of the dough, along with Lexi, and he will still lick off the frosting even if it isn't green.

We also gave both Kayden and Koy haircuts today. (Kayden's was actually yesterday but we had to do some touch up today) Kayden looked in the mirror and said "I see Handsome"! He thought that he was so good looking and of course he is. He is so cute. Koy did o.k. and it didn't seem like it was too big of a fight to get his hair cut.

Overall it was a great day to just hang out with my kids and my husband!

I'm glad you had a good day! Nap and sugar cookies, it doesn't get any better than that!

I gave up cutting my son's hair a while back, because all he did was cry.But it does save money..bummer!

Have a good week!
